Small Growing Yacht Charter Co. in the BVI seeks Business Partner

Ahoy Captain,

I have a new, small, growing Yacht Charter and Yacht Management company in the British Virgin Islands. The business is new but I have over 10 years experience in the business and a reputation as the ‘Best’. The business has great potential and limited competition, both short and long term.
I am interested in bringing in a ‘hands on’ business partner to run the day to day operations in the BVI. I am just as concerned with integrity, work ethic, and experience – as I am with the financial investment a partner would contribute.
This opportunity would be perfect for an energetic entrepreneur with a charterable yacht (40’+) of their own.

Just to let you know who I am, I owned a charter company in the BVI for 10 years from '92 to '02 where it grew in size and profitability every year. During that time my fleet grew from 1 yacht to 10 yachts and I was eventually awarded the rating of 'Best' by sailonline.com in '02. I built up the fleet through honesty and hard work with most of my bookings being repeats or referrals.
I have recently returned to the BVI, acquired an invaluable Trade License, and restarted my Yacht Chartering business.

The business has 3 main advantages -
1. The business is growing with positive cash flow.
2. The business has phenomenal growth potential.
3. The business has a very valuable and difficult to obtain Trade License for Yacht Chartering and Yacht Management. This limits competition.

The business is based in the world's best and most profitable sailing area, able to operate year round. The BVI have excellent natural resources and business services that have made it the world’s leading sailing destination. The BVI are very stable politically, legally, and economically. The local currency is the US Dollar with no restrictions on the movement of funds or financial exchanges.
There is no capital gains tax, or gift tax, or sales tax, or profit tax, or corporation tax, or inheritance tax, or estate tax. There is no income tax but there is payroll tax of 8%, but only after the first $10K.

The locals are very conservative, to put it politely, when it comes to allowing foreigners to have businesses or work in the BVI. Most charter companies have local ‘benefactors’ and the locals use their connections to veto any potential new competition. Most foreigners living in the BVI work for a local business or a business with a local benefactor, so very few foreigners are truly independent of either a local power broker or local business. The latest election retuned the ultra conservative VIP party to power with an anti-foreigner mandate.

I have a client list of over 400 charterers from my old business. I personally have one of the best reputations in the business. I have extensive contacts in the business locally and connections with the best tradesmen in every level of the industry. The business has absolutely no debts. The business has no leases limiting its location or development and it does all its business in cash.
I presently have 3 yachts under contract and one of my own. I will soon be prospecting the addition of more yachts, which will increase the value, and asking price, of the company.

If you like knowing you will directly benefit from your personal hard work -
If you have experience in and enjoy the sailing industry -
If you have a sincere interest in investing at the ground floor of a growing business –

Give me a call at treasureboat@hotmail.com .

Fair Winds,
