Sailing from Croatia to Greece, Ionian Islands

Anyone sailed from Croatia to Greece, and stopped off in Albania, anyone know what it is like ?

I know a guy that went there on a cruise ship and the port authority tried to collect a $10 tax from every person on the ship. The captain negotiated with them for hours and finally said that the ship would leave and not pull in and they finally decided to back off. So I would say they are really crooked. Imagine what the port authority could do to a guy on a yacht.

I was only referring to Albania by the way. Croatia is great.
