OK folks, apologies up front if this bothers anyone, but I can't think of a better group of people that might be interested in this.

Our house is for sale. We live on a peninsula in New Rochelle, New York, which is on Long Island Sound about 12 miles east of NYC, and very commutable (a 30 minute train ride which I have been making for years).

We have views of Long Island Sound from virtually every window in the front of the house, and the house comes with a new deep water floating dock (electric and water included), as well as pool rights. Currently we keep our Freedom 45 there, just to give a sense of the size of the slip.

It's 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, huge family room, built in wet bar, two car garage, and we've redone just about everything. Brand new high end kitchen (granite countertops, maple cabinets, Thermador appliances, mahogany floor). Likewise, all three baths are new. Truly, everything in the house (from windows, to doors, to entranceway, to carpeting, to central AC, to deck, to bay window overlooking LIS, etc.) is new. For the area the house is very reasonably priced, as we have another house we are in the process of purchasing, so we want to move it along.

Way too much to list here, and I don't want to burden readers any more than I already have. If you are interested, call me on my cell (914-714-0661).

Again, sorry if I've offended anyone, but "affordable" waterfront property with a deep water dock commutable to NYC is just not that common, and I would think sailors would be particularly interested.

Regards,

Dan Goldberg
