I just joined this board, and although your query is old, it is the first one I have any useful information about! At least, maybe it is still useful.

I bought these magazines in France a year or two ago

Voile Magazine, email voilemag@editions-lariviere.fr
Voiles et Voileurs
Yachting Classique, email yclassic@club-internet.fr

The first one is the most cruising oriented.
