Autopilot advice needed

Help! Friends in the Bahamas have trouble with their Raymarine/Autohelm belos deck autopilot. they managed to knock the plug out of the Seatalk box. Upon reconnecting all they see is "STLK failed". Does anyone know a reset method or have advice on getting it working again?

Usually resetting something with a chip in it requires depriving it of electricity for a bit, so try unplugging it, throwing the circuit breaker, whatever!
