GFO dripless in NorthEast

Does anybody know where I can find GFO packing in the NorthEast. I'm from Montreal, boat in Vermont and can't find any around.

would you happen to know how reliable they are for shipping on timw?

also, I just measured the stuffing box and shaft. The shaft is 1 1/4 inch and the box has an i.d. of 1 22/32. The specified packing was 3/16 but the shaft has some wear ( very shiny and slightly narrower) at the three packing rings locations. So I was wondering if I should order 1/4 to compensate for wear or the specified 3/16? A new shaft is $400 cdn and this one is perfectly straight.
