Melts
Great as an app, or main meal with soup
1 Can of Crab Meat or Tuna (the flavored tuna in foil pouches are exclelent, the sweet and spicy is my favorite)
Cheese (What ever kind you like or have on hand)
1/2 Stick of Melted Butter (or less it's up to you. Just enough to keep it moist)
1 Pack of English Muffins
Mix the meat and butter. Spread mixture on English muffin halfs, sprinkle with Old Bay, top with the cheese (you can also mix cheese into the meat/butter mixture), and bake 350 degrees until golden brown.
