Sour Cream Muffins

2 cups self-rising flour (if you don't have self rising, use regular, but add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of baking soda)
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 pint (8oz.) sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and spoon into small, un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

I use my silicone muffin, or mini loaf pans to make these.
