I am sorry that you appear to be so confused! As you well know, and as your attorney Mr. Tobias can confirm, we've offered any help that we can offer to get your claim settled appropriately.
However, we are NOT a principal in the case, and can do nothing to alter the ultimate outcome other than to offer our advice and to express our opinion.
We have complained often and loudly to Markel about their contractor TMSI and his obnoxious tactics, not just in your case, but others as well.
I assure you once again, that your problem lies not with IMIS nor with Markel, but with the way your case was apparently misunderstood from the outset by TMSI.
