Default Legal question; how to transfer title on our cat

sad to report we are preparing to sell our catamaran. Hoping some of you verterans have knowledge regarding proper transfer of boat ownership. It is owned by our family LLC in Delaware which was created by Yacht Registry LTD in Delaware, our agents for the LLC . Vessel and dingy are both registered in Delaware. Purchased in South Africa in 2007. We have a Certificate of Origin from the yacht builder but do not have a title. What documents will we need to properly transfer title.

since lawyers obviously set this LLC up, you'll need to pay them to unravel this mess. it may take a lot of time and money. i assume you never applied for federal documentation? if you had it would be a simple matter to prepare a bill of sale and use the federal documentation certificate. USCG is now about 4 months behind in processing initial documentation requests so if you chose to go that route you'd need to wait a long time to get the certificate.
